Return and Refund Policy
Eligibility (Return Eligibility)
You must submit your return request within 30 days of receiving your package. No returns will be accepted after the 30-day period. We will process all returns and refunds within 3 business days once we receive the returned item.
Returned items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase or a receipt.
Note: If your refund is approved, a 10% handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Any items returned without prior return authorization will not be processed.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, additional shipment, or a full refund in such cases.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, free gifts, or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please note that only one exchange is allowed per order, so ensure all details are correct before requesting an exchange.
Note: If the exchange is due to a buyer’s personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or color), the buyer will be responsible for any exchange fees (e.g., shipping, taxes, etc.).
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank, credit card, or PayPal may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Once you ship your return, please update us with the tracking number and carrier information via email. We will process refunds within 3 business days of receiving the return; however, processing times may be delayed due to limited staffing.

Additional Notes
If you need to return an item due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the product or incorrect choice), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Therefore, please double-check all product information, especially size and color, before purchasing.
Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes will not be refunded unless the item arrives damaged, the package is lost, or another delivery issue occurs.
Important: Do not return items to the address on your package. This is not the return address and may delay your return processing.
