Shipping policy

Shipping Areas:

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

FedEx/USPS/UPS.

Shipping Charges:

United States: $3.50 per order.

Order Processing and Transit Time:

  1. Processing Time: Orders may take 1 to 3 business days to prepare and process. The cutoff time for processing orders each day is 5 PM (EST). If your order has not yet shipped, it means it is still being prepared. We will notify you via email if there are any issues. If your order has a tracking number assigned, it means your order has been processed and is now in transit.
  2. Transit Time: Once shipped, orders generally take between 1 to 7 business days to reach their destination. Therefore, you may receive your package within 2-10 business days after paying for your order. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers on time, but in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum timeframe.

Order Tracking:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

Order Cancellation:

  1. Before Shipping: We can cancel your order directly if it has not yet been shipped.
  2. After Shipping: We can recall the package, and you will be charged a 10% management fee of the total order amount.

Address Changes:

You cannot modify your order directly. To change your address, please cancel the order and place a new one.

Shipping Delays:

  1. If your package does not arrive within 30 days, we will issue a full refund.
  2. For delayed packages, please submit an inquiry, and we will respond within 12 hours.
  3. If the tracking status shows the package is delivered but you have not received it, please check around your home. If still not found, contact the shipping company listed in your shipping notification. For further assistance, contact our support team at [email protected].

    Tax:

    We do not collect tax on any orders.

    Notes:

    1. We are not liable for packages that cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. Ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Contact us immediately if you spot an error. Once your order has left our warehouse, changes cannot be made.
    2. If a package reaches your area and you refuse to accept it or if multiple delivery attempts fail, we are not responsible and may cancel the package without providing a refund.
